RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every ThingLab order is made to order, customised specifically for you.

Because we print your piece after you confirm your colour and label and because no two orders are identical we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size assumptions, or personal preference changes after confirmation.

This is not a loophole. It's the honest reality of made-to-order manufacturing.


The one exception — and we mean it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will reprint and reship at zero cost to you. No forms. No lengthy process. One email with a photo and we sort it.

That's our commitment.


How to raise an issue

Include your order ID, a brief description, and a clear video of the issue while opening the order

We respond within 24 hours on working days.

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


Store credit

In cases where a reprint isn't the right solution, we issue store credit — valid on any ThingLab order, no expiry.

We don't offer monetary refunds.

We stand behind everything we make. If we got it wrong, we fix it. If you changed your mind, we can't.
